A quick and honest take

Charming little hotel with cute staff and fresh coffee available. Room cleanliness is commendable. It's conveniently located near attractions and less than a mile from the beach. A great budget-friendly option, though it could use some freshening up. I would certainly consider returning for another stay!

Beautifully decorated and well-appointed room with comfy beds, a hot shower, a mini fridge, and safe too for guests' safety. Location not far from ogunquit and kennebunkport, and the beach area. Also, on the hill...

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a resort area, just off Close to beach / grocery store and the ocean. Central location was a plus.

Lack of closet space in rooms is inconvenient!!! Air conditioning should be much better for comfort!!! No balcony access is frustrating!!! Consider more seating in the common areas!!!

Units with character.

I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having access to the cozy garden area for some quiet time. Just a heads up, the coffee situation in the mornings could be improved since there wasn't any when we woke up early, but overall it was a great experience ☕️

Location: the hotel was really close to the restaurants, beautiful Wells beach and very comfy beds and Ogunquit for a lighthouse tour. Flagship Premium Cinemas was steps away from the venue.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free Wi-Fi, tv, and air conditioning. The staff were so helpful during my first stay with my elderly parents. Shelly and Radick. I will be back for another visit next year.

With fresh flowers and charming decor, every corner invited relaxation. The warm hospitality from the owners made navigating the area easy and accessible for seniors like me.

A more comfortable seating area would be helpful.

The heating system is a major hassle. The control knob is missing, leaving you to manually adjust it frequently between on and off. Room 101 suffers from noise due to its proximity to the lobby and highway. The refrigerator was untrustworthy, with water inside and a broken rack, not to mention the inconsistent hot water in the bathroom. One end table was lopsided.

We loved staying here with the kids! The location was ideal for our beach trips and nearby attractions made our days exciting. Plus, the clean and bright rooms.

My kids wished for a larger pool area for extra playtime.

I fell in love with the charming vibe and fresh flowers adorning the Inn! The cozy garden area was my sanctuary for morning coffee, where I relaxed in peace and tranquility. It's a good insider's spot, easy access to delicious restaurants and shops nearby, made roaming the area super fun!
